Refund and Return Policy
At MONALIZA, we’re all about quality, confidence, and customer care. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right while keeping things fair for both sides.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered. If the return is requested within 7 days, we offer a full refund to your original payment method.
If more than 7 days have passed, you can still return your item for store credit. No exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To request a return, please email us at hello@brmonaliza.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with the next steps and return instructions.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If you're returning an item because it didn’t work out or you changed your mind, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost.
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with any issue on our end, we will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping for you.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support as a small business.
Store Credit After 7 Days
If your return request is made after 7 days of delivery, we can still accept eligible items, but only for store credit. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card that you can use at any time.
Warranty and Customer Support
We stand behind every piece we make because you deserve jewelry that’s just as reliable as it is stunning.
All MONALIZA pieces come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your hoops stop clicking, a clasp gets loose, or something isn’t working as it should — and it’s not your fault — we’ve got you covered.
We also love helping you keep your pieces looking brand new. If you ever need tips on how to clean your jewelry or remove oils and buildup, reach out anytime. We’re happy to help.
